    FirmoLux™ began operations in North America in 2006 and is a young company compared to the thousands of years our products have been in use.  Natural stone products of Northern Italy are synonymous with beauty and elegance; at the same time, they evoke nobility, heritage and rusticity. Whether our products were originally constituted to be used on a majestic cathedral or for an elegant villa, our products transformed time, and they remain here for our contemporary lives and pleasures. Created from the hands of God and molded by man, our products have a long history and an everlasting future. It’s an integral part of our architectural heritage that must be preserved. FirmoLux™ took as its starting point, this spirit and purpose, and proposes a line of products to bring to modern and contemporary lives. Using lime, marble, and other minerals and ingredients from nature, our products are the cleanest for any residential or commercial design project, whether it be for Green construction or not.   • Do you mix custom colors?

    Yes! All products come white and ready for mixing if you prefer to color tint yourself, or we can do it for you. We can match any color provided to us. As a method of matching, we suggest supplying us with a paint company's color (i.e. Benjamin Moore® or Sherwin-Williams®). You can also send us a piece of tile, stone or fabric for us to match.   • Do you Ship Internationly?

  • Do you ship to Alaska and/or Hawaii?

  • Are your products considered Green?

    YES...our products are all-natural and have 0-VOC’s and receive 1-LEED point or more depending on usage for those that are building LEED certified projects..

 

 

 

 

  • How long does it take to get my order?

    Depending on what you ordered, most products are shipped within 12-24 hours. However, large orders, and orders that require special handling, will take longer. If you have a specific date when products are needed, call 1.941.366.5550 and we will do our best to fulfill your order to your specific deadline.

  • How can I track my order?

    Depending on what you ordered and how it is shipped, we will notify you by either email or phone with your shipping information.   • What is our return policy?

    We do not offer refunds on any plaster that is custom-tinted unless we sent incorrect product or color. We will fix any product problems.  For general returns on UNOPEND buckets and UNTINTED products we will offer a full refund minus 15% restocking fee and shipping.  We must be notified within 7 business days from delivery date. You must contact us FIRST by phone so we can provide you with an RA# (return authorization number) and find you the most cost-effective return options.  We suggest keeping and reusing the original shipping boxes.

  • Shipping problems, delay of delivery or lost items?

    Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the shipping companies to fulfill their responsibilities in delivering your product safely and on time. We seldom have problems, but we ask that you inspect your packages as soon as they arrive. Please report any damages to delivery person at time of delivery or contact the shipping company on the same day.  We will help you to make claims against any damages or loss, and will provide you with replacement material based on circumstances.  Please let us know ASAP of any problem that you have.
